    Hello! after the last update of our theme, wordpress and woocommerce an error shows up when you want to do the check out.

    Hi there!

    Any chance you could elaborate a bit more – what error are you getting? Is the error with the payment gateway or your shipping settings or something else altogether?

    Hey hey! Thanks for your answer and help. The error came when you place the order. I dont know if comes from the shippinr or payment method, cause if i change the shipping to ” local pick up” and the payment method to ” cash on delivery” the errors appears too, and with those parameters the payment gateway and the shipping gateway will not work right?

    If you select “Local Pickup” as a shipping method, the payment gateway will work. If you select “Cash on Delivery” – this payment method is provided by the WooCommerce directly.

    The error you are seeing is this one, correct?

    Error processing checkout. Please try again.

    It looks like there could be a theme or plugin conflict on your site.

    The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme back to the [Twenty Seventeen Theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/).
    2. Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce & PayPal Express Checkout Gateway.
    3. Test to see if the issue has been resolved.

    If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. If it doesn’t resolve the issue, please let us know so that we can help you further.

    Please note that switching to another theme will not delete data and you will be able to revert back to your original theme without any issue after testing is done. Your site will simply have a different display during the test.

    Switching to a default theme and deactivating plugins is the first step in troubleshooting issues. That allows us to target the issue quickly.

    Please let us know how it goes once you are done with testing.
