    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the plugin. When I proceed to make the payment by selecting one of the options displayed by PayPal plus, the error shows up ‘Error processing checkout. Please try again’.

    Please help.

    First, are you in sandbox or production mode?

    Secondly, can you share the debug log?

    I am having the same trouble with the plugin.

    ‘Error processing checkout. Please try again’.

    Could you help on this. The debug log does not download from the dashboard too.

    You can download the log under wp-content/uploads/wp-logs. Please email the log to b.olivares [at] inpsyde.com.

    to be able to tell you, what the problem is, we need your log file. You can send it to paypalplus [at] inpsyde.com.

    Do you have the current version of our plugin installed?

    At this moment me know that the error mentioned can be caused by using coupons on the checkout page. This is not fixed yet in the current version. If you didn’t add a coupon on the checkout page, it would be helpfull to know the details of the order.
    Also send us a screenshot of the WooCommerce tax settings and the WooCommerce System Report.
    We will try to reproduce your problem.

    In the meantime we got the information via our support system that the issue of wordpresswoo was solved.
