AlbertHi,
on the page containing the shortcode [sola_st_submit_ticket]. When sending the ticket appears a page with the name of the subject. For example:Subject: testando o plugin
Description: Isto é um exemplo para teste do plugin sola.
SubmitBy clicking submit, a page appears with the name of the subject:
http://sitename.com.br/support-tickets/testando-o-plugin/and page body the message:
Oops! That page can’t be found.
It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search? Thanks you.

I’m having the same problem. When a user submits a ticket, the user is redirected to a 404 page instead of what I’m guessing is a custom post for the support. I’m using the free version. I unfortunately can’t link my site because I am running it on an offline test server at the moment.
Hi Marco and cbambaee
I have tried to reproduce this bug without any success.
Marco, on your page “Subject: testando o plugin
Description: Isto é um exemplo para teste do plugin sola.
Submit”, there should not be a submit button.Maybe you have a different plugin installed that is appending this submit button. May I please have your site URL,so that I can try to submit a test ticket, so that I can see what is happening to the HTML on your page?
Thanks in advance
Kind regards
AlbertI am also seeing the same thing. When the user submits they are redirected to a page where the ticket is supposed to show or a thank you message or something. Its like the page wasn’t created or it’s in a different place.
http://www.domainname/support-tickets/ticket title/
It just shows a 404 error page not found.
Hi Christoph
Yes it sounds like your page wasn’t created.
I am going to release an update to this plugin in about an hour or so.
Would you please uninstall the free version you currently have and then re-download and re-install once I release the update (going to be version 3.06)
Some more information from me:
It looks like the ticket is being created in the backend, since I can go in as the admin and look at the ticket in the help desk. However, if I try to go to the actual ticket page, it goes to a 404. It also goes to 404 after the ticket creation in the front end.
I uninstalled the old plugin and installed v3.07 and it’s still doing the same thing.
An update from me:
After I cleared out my cache after installing the new version, the plugin works and displays the ticket page. I’m now working on styling the ticket pages. Thank you for your help. I hope the new update helped Marco and Christoph as well.
Hi cbambaee
Thanks so much for the feedback.
I am glad it works as expected now.
Kind regards
AlbertNow is working. Thank you!

Albert
