Hello

on this product with code new26 (-10%) or new25-26 (-12%) this error comes up when I pay with a MasterCard card plugin. Without discount code its done. I show you the settings snapshots.

Error: “The total of Item Amount, Tax Amount, Shipping and Handling Amount minus Discount Amount should total the Order Amount (179.10) but is 179.09”

Hi there!

Thank you for explaining the issue in detail. I tried to replicate the problem by applying a 10% discount code on the cart page, and I can see the coupon is appearing correctly.

To assist you better, could you please confirm where exactly the issue occurs? Does it happen after completing the order using the Mastercard payment method?

Also, could you please try placing an order using Cash on Delivery and check if the same issue occurs? This will help us determine whether the problem is related to the payment gateway or something else.

It only appears on card payments. The problem is in the rounding. I have never encountered this before. I have had a problem for many days and it needs to be solved. The bank says that there is no problem since without the code the order can be placed normally.

Thank you for the update. Since the issue only occurs when placing orders using a card payment, it’s very likely related to how the payment gateway plugin handles rounding or calculates totals, rather than a core WooCommerce issue.

To help narrow this down, could you please try the following:
1. Install and activate an alternative payment gateway — for example, the free Stripe gateway:
  https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/
2. Enable Stripe in test mode and place a few test orders to see if the same rounding issue appears:
  https://woocommerce.com/document/stripe/customer-experience/testing/
If the problem does not happen with Stripe, then we can confirm the issue is specific to your current card payment plugin, and you may need to contact that plugin’s support team for a fix.

If the issue still happens even with Stripe, please let us know — that will help us investigate further.
