Error on the product add-on help!

    hey there,

    we have a problem on our product Add-On, which we’ve bought today. The Plugin itself is easy to understand, but we have one big problem. For Example you have a product do engrave with “name” on it, you get an error, that “name” is an requiered field. That means that our customers cant even see on the checkout or on the shopping cart. E.G.: our customer has ordered an engraved piece of wood with a “name” on it, i cant see on the woocommerce “orders-tab” which name the customers wanted to engrave.

    Hey there!

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Please can you check that the Add-on called Name is not set to be a Required field in the product settings:
