Error on subsciber list

    subscribers get error when they subscribe. Subscription is approved and i have also added activation key. i have deactivated my cache plugin but still it does not work for me

    Hey @fatima656,

    Just tried to subscribe to your list through the subscription form at the bottom of your website and it worked.

    Can you please let us know if the issue persists? And if so, what’s the error message the subscribers are getting?

    subscriber are still getting error
    This error occurs: An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later.
    when I login as WordPress admin it does not give error but when I try as a user from incognito mode or from different browser I get the same error.
    I am not able to understand from different devices I tried first time it does not gives error in any device but when second time I am subscribing from the same devices for different email or same it gives error
