    Why am I getting this message when I have proper and active license?:

    Access key is not valid, update the plugin settings. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.

    Also I cannot sync with my account to clear it. Cache is cleared etc.

    I am also seeing this:

    Error occurred while checking account status. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    Hello stevehale,

    Have you made any recent changes to the website? One of these actions may help you:

    1. Check if CURL support (in php.ini) option is available and enabled on your webserver. You can ask about this your webmaster or your hosting provider.
    2. Check if our IPs are available from your webserver: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-servers-ip-addresses (points 1-3).
    3. WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → change the “Use WordPress HTTP API” option → Save Changes.

    After each action click “Synchrinize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page.
