    Hello @inthisstyle

    Thank you for reaching out!

The generated script causes to fail if there is a cache system on the site. This could be a cache plugin, server cache or CDN. If the site does have, kindly disable the asset caching of Popup Maker. It can be found under the Popup Maker > Settings > Misc. Then clear the cache of the site.

On the other hand, I believe the uncaught reference error is not related to the popup. This error appears if there is an extension active on the browser. Kindly temporarily disable the browser extension and clear the cache, history and cookies of the browser. Then test the home page using an incognito or private window.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

Hm, that didn’t make a difference. I moved it to the following page and enabled debug mode:

Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to figure this out.

    Hello @inthisstyle

    Thank you for getting back.

I checked the page, and there is no message on the console.

    Please see: https://share.getcloudapp.com/6quQEdkv

May we know if you have fixed the issue. If the issue persists, kindly try clearing the browser’s cache, history and cookies. Then test the page using an incognito window.

Let us know how it goes or if you have any questions.
