Hi there,
You can actually see where this issue is coming from by performing a conflict test:
First, you’ll want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then test. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you. If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one to see where the issue is coming from. If you don’t want to test on your live site, then create a staging site using a plugin called WP Staging.
Best,
Ross
Hi – this is what my theme developer did – they tested on default theme. Changing to storefront is not an option. It was working fine until the recent update of wc. Kind of frustrating since it is one of the most important elements of the customer journey and you are basically telling me to take my store down.

Hi again,
While I can understand the frustration, before we move forward, we’ll need to see the error happening with only WooCommerce active on the Storefront theme.
I certainly don’t condone testing on your live site, so testing on a staging site is best. Alternatively, you can use a plugin like this one which simulates a conflict test just for your admin user- https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
