Error on iOS

    When I click on an email link on iOS, the link itself works and the email app opens, but a message remains on the website that says, “Script cannot be executed: Safari cannot run the script because the use of JavaScript is not permitted in this way” (translated from German).

    Hi wpdsp,

    Thanks for the report. To speed this up, the plugin has a one-click way to send me everything I need:

    1. In your WordPress admin, go to Email Encoder (the plugin’s settings page).
    2. In the top right, click the clipboard icon button – it copies a summary to your clipboard (plugin/WordPress/PHP versions, your theme, all your Email Encoder settings, and your active plugins).
    3. Paste that here in your reply.

    A couple of extra things that would help alongside it:

    • A link to a page on your site where the email link appears, so I can reproduce the Safari message.
    • Your Safari version on the device where you see it.
