    Did you upload the plugin using the FTP or by uploading it via the plugin browser?

    is it a clean install? or do you have many other plugins and a comprehensive theme installed?

    Am trying plugin on local server. Its Fresh install with fresh WP3.5

    I would suspect this is the reason.
    For local installation you probably want to try and download the free 14 days trial here. (it doesn’t cost anything and no payment methods are needed.

    But at least you will get to see it in full swing together with the Mailchimp integration and the PayPal integration (should you need them)
