Error on import: 28 connect() timed out!

    Hi,

    The user gets this error while trying to import demo content:

    An error occurred while fetching file from: my xml url
    Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: connect() timed out!.

    What does that mean exactly? (I don’t have any issues while importing on my test site)

    Hi Ania,

    it looks like the the user hosting server is not allowing connection with your server to exchange information. I would suggest that the user contacts his hosting support and asks about this error, they might be blocking external connections and that’s why it’s not working.
