Error on Formidable Forms form

    Your plugin, when switched on, causes and “You do not have permission to View this form” Error.

    If the plugin is disabled everything it OK.

    I have tried adding the above page to the ignore section b ut this is not working.

    Any help please?

    Can you please confirm that the form above is the problem when the W3TC is enabled? I’ve checked the page in question and I am not seeing any issues. I can see that the W3TC is enabled at the moment:
