Error on fields

    Just installed the plugin and trying to make it work but seems that are some errors on the lastname field, is not accepting any name to be entered also in the frontend in the line between the clock and the leave is not active(can’t write and submit it) .
    if you fix that errors to work good will be look pretty fine as a final product.
