Error of multiple

Hi,

Since installing this plugin I am getting the following error from the Facebook Debugger:

Object at URL ‘http://mudseasonreview.com/’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: http://mudseasonreview.com/, http://mudseasonreview.com/.

Also getting the following error when I update a post after specifying an image for Open Graph:

Error: Facebook Open Graph Tags cache NOT updated/purged.
Facebook returned: Object at URL ‘http://mudseasonreview.com/2014/12/artissue-4/’ of type ‘article’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: http://mudseasonreview.com/2014/12/artissue-4/, http://mudseasonreview.com/2014/12/artissue-4/.

I’m sure I’m just doing something wrong, but can’t figure out exactly what. Any assistance would be much appreciated, thanks!
