Error occurred while updating SpamFireWall local base.

I’ve completely deactivated the Clean Talk plugin and reactivated and also updated the PHP. Everything is now working except this error message now appears about the spam firewall followed by Error: Can not to make FW dir. I’m managing this with little IT knowledge! Pls help.
