Error occurred while API key validating

    Hello, I am having an error after install and activating. I have 20+ other sites I have installed this plugin on, but this is the first time having this error.
    I followed instructions in another thread to click “complete deactivation” in advanced settings, then deactivate and reactivate. I tried that, I tried generating a new key, I deleted then installed the plugin and cleared the cache, twice. I deleted the site from my CleanTalk account, and started over. And still get the error.
    Please let me know what you need to help with this.

    Hello.
    I’ve checked your access key and there are no errors related to it.
    Could you please, click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page). Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page and check the progress.

    Thank you – I did the “synchronize with cloud) button last night, but still had errors. However, this morning it looks like it resolved and I have all green checkmarks and no errors. Thank you!

    Je rencontre le même problème sur mes 4 sites.

    2022-03-22 17:32:10: L’erreur est survenue lors de la vérification de l’état du compte. Erreur : CONNECTION_ERROR : “Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received_FAILED_TO_USE_FILE_GET_CONTENTS”

    J’ai cliqué plusieurs fois sur “Synchroniser avec le cloud” et rafraîchis sans aucun changement.
