This has been showing on my WordPress Cleantalk settings page for a month now. The error is not helpful at all in that I don’t know if the issue is still persisting or it occurred once on the date mentioned (July 10th). The key seems to be working fine but who knows:

Error occurred while Access key validating. Testing is failed. Please check the Access key.

I have no idea how to resolve this so the red exclamation disappears.

Hello,

Please check if you are using the correct access key and press the ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ button here:

WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk
