Make sure that the domain id and the siteurl are set correctly to your website (make sure to include or omit the wwww. part if your website canonically redirects. See

I set up site url correctly but plugin not recognize my facebook page.

Do you have demographic or age restrictions set, then those need to be removed? Can you send me a screenshot of the option page

I dont have any restrictions. For another older page plugin works good. For older page I dont need facebook app.
