Error: Non-existent changeset UUID.

When I go to the customizer I get this message: Non-existent changeset UUID.

Let me know if this is your error: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/296-how-to-fix-wordpress-non-existent-changeset-uuid
Ben
They are different, but when I change it to the same URL it still didn’t fix the issue unfortunately 🙁
Can you open the customizer separately from this plugin? Meaning apperance > customizer?
Ben
Ah, I recently updated some plugins, and now I can’t actually view the customizer in general. Could this be because I haven’t updated to the newest WordPress?

Latest WordPress shouldn’t matter unless the plugin you updated depend on it.
Are you using “WP Super Cache”
Have you tried with another browser?
I am using WP Super Cache! I tried with both Chrome and Firefox.
Try deactivating super cache as a test, one user suggested it was a setting in supercache causing his issues.
Still not working… it’s probably an issue with something else I have installed. No worries – last question though! The emails get sent correctly but in Gmail there is no CSS but Hotmail shows the correct design. Would you know why this is? It started happening just before installing the plugin too, was hoping this would fix it but it didn’t.
In your woocommerce email settings can you make sure all the emails are being set as html and not plain text.
Do you know if your theme or any other plugin is editing the email templates?
Ben
It’s set to HTML already which is why Hotmail shows it properly. I had created a custom template a while back, however I just deleted them and resent the emails and they’re still showing up not formatted in Gmail…
Can you send one of the emails to info@kadencethemes.com so I can see whats being output?
You bet! Sent from chelsea@cotala.com 🙂
That is very strange. Since that was just a forward and not direct from your site is it possible for you to send me an email from your site so I can see what you are seeing when you open with a hotmail account?
Ben
Sent 🙂
Thanks, I compared this with emails that test sites and even our live site send out. Something has changed the output on our site, it’s like a template for styles is being overridden.
I suggest you go to woocommerce > status and make sure no template is overriding woocommerce email templates.
Then I would deactivate other woocommerce extensions and then test again.
