The error message is the product of enabling the “XML HTTP Request Monitor” in a server without enough resources. There is no solution for this unless you upgrade your setup, so for now I suggest you to simply disable that option from the settings page, if you are not able to access it then use your preferred database manager and delete an entry from the options table named “sucuriscan_xhr_monitor”.
Alternatively, you can install the development version of the code [1] which contains several bug fixes and better performance than the current public version, but if your website has too many connections (caused by the WordPress HeartBeat feature) there will be no way to enable the XHR monitor without affecting its execution.

Thanks Yorman. The option was deleted and I now have access to the settings dashboard again, however, the XML HTTP Request Monitor displays that it is still active. See attached. Thank you.

I took a chance and hit disable. It is now disabled and working correctly.
