Error Messages – Telephone Number Validation

    So I was doing some testing on my form – which has some custom classes/styling applied. And on certain occasions while “trying to break it” I discovered that the red error messages would populate with “Telephone number seems invalid.” on multiple input fields – not just the telephone number field. On the back end – there is only one input classified as [tel*] so I am unsure how to troubleshoot. See linked screenshot: http://imgur.com/tWNF6Od
