Error message when filling in form

    Hi,

    We have two sites where the plugin is installed. One is working great, the other gives an error message when filling in a form;
    “Error sending notification message, but don’t worry, We saved Your data securely. Thank you.”

    We can find the job entry in WordPress, but the email is not sent.

    We tried updating the plugin and clearing cache, but no luck yet.

    Does anyone know what could make it work on one site but not the other?

    Also,

    opening files from an application gives the error “file not found”.

    I changed the storage to WP Media, but then the files are not visible in new applications.
