    Hello:

I am getting a error message when adding a attachment to a form using Caldera Forms.
When I fill out the same form with NO attachment the form works OK.

Error message is : Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/4fc3fbc094ac137019c03abc23cce420.
Is its parent directory writable by the server?

The form is located at http://www.hardhatdecals.com/ez-order-form/

This form was created on agisolutions.com and works just fine there with a attachment.
Form location is: https://agisolutions.com/ez-order-form/ Both sites are on the same server/host

I saw a tip page that suggested doing:
    • Log into your WordPress admin dashboard
    • Go to Media Settings menu (Settings -> Media)
    • Enter wp-content/uploads in the “Store uploads in this folder” text box

I don’t see a place that says: “Store uploads in this folder”
All the folder permission settings seem to be the same on both domains.

Any help sure would be appreciated
