I am using the latest 14.12 version, and I have been seeing the following error randomly for the last while (going back before 14.12). When the user clicks on next on the first page of my form, they get a blank box on the next screen. There is nothing else on the screen. If they refresh, the second page of the form shows up. I looked at the HTML, and there is nothing “hidden” that isn’t showing up. The URL appends the following: #usermessage7a. There is a DIV with that ID, but the contents are empty. No idea why this is happening. I have tried everything to resolve. Any idea what this might be coming up?

Are you using multi page forms or is the expected page on “next” the “success page”?

Sorry, it is a multi page form. It is the second multi page form on the site. Also if you hit refresh, the second page shows up, but it doesn’t until you hit refresh. I tried switching themes but it didn’t make a difference.

the div is actually where the success message would be rendered. It would be very convenient to have a demo URL.

Sorry, should have sent that initially.
    Thanks

I cannot see the effect and guess you have corrected the form’s settings. I guess you unset the option “hide form after successful submission”.
