    Hello fellow users,

My website is currently hiding behind the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘new’ (T_NEW) in /homepages/45/d295250379/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/audio-player/audio-player.php on line 886

I don’t know how to fix this because I cannot access my admin page either; when I attempt to do so, I see the same error. I have downloaded Cyberduck but don’t know how to use that to fix my problem. Help! Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the /audio-player/ directory there.

This will remove the problem plugin and restore your site.

Next, since the plugin in question was abandoned and closed a few year ago, I recommend finding an alternative, or just using WordPress’s own Audio block: https://gogutenberg.com/blocks/audio/

You need to delete that audio-player plugin.
    Do you have FTP access?

I figured out the FTP access. Thanks!
