Error Message On Malware Plugin In WP dashboard

    Hi. I was considering upgrading to premium Malcare, however, your plugin gives an error message within my WordPress Dashboard backend when I click on Malcare:

    {“message”:”Your request session is expired. Please revisit the Dashboard from the plugin.”}

    What’s this all about please?

    Hey!

    I do apologize for the delay in our response here.

    This error occurs when the request session gets expired or times out. Could you please follow the below steps?

    1. Click on the plugins section
    2. Go to MalCare Security and you will see an option as account details.
    3. Click on account details.
    4. Click on visit Dashboard.
