There seems to be a problem with the post 68 = http://workwithrobinwilliams.com/68/
Can you delete or put that post in Draft mode and see if the problem persists?
For the number 45 at the end of the URL, can you check your Settings (bottom of left-hand column) and tell me what you have under General | Blog Address | WordPress Address?

I have removed post 68 and test. I just put them in to “test” where and how they would post.
In general,settings addr is http://workwithrobinwilliams.com for both
Everything looks good now. Are you OK with going on with more posts?

I have no idea – I’d have to look at the HTML code of the post.
Avoid copying stuff from the Internet and pasting it in your posts – these sometimes create havoc.
Always write your post directly from your Dashboard and WordPress Post Editor.
Avoid “cut and paste”.
