error message on home page

I received a message on home page

Notice: get_links is deprecated since version 2.1! Use get_bookmarks() instead. in /home2/cosmetic/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3237

Can any one take time to explain on how can I change get_links to get_bookmarks() in functions.php
