error message on all pages

    Can someone tell me how to get rid of this error that is all my website now.

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘;’ in D:\Hosting\3131214\html\NewSite\wp-content\plugins\widget-logic\widget_logic.php(286) : eval()’d code on line 1

    The site is http://www.troop44bushkill.org/NewSite

    I had installed a WP Super Cache program and then deleted it and now this. I can find the widget_logic.php file to edit it.

    I’m not sure what to do at this point.
