error message line 144

Hello,

I am new to wordpress and just installed the polylang plugin. It seems to work well except I know have an error message across the top menu of my site that says

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cpolito/public_html/innovationjeunes.com/wp-content/plugins/polylang/frontend/frontend-nav-menu.php on line 144

Any idea how to fix this?
