Error Message: incompatible archive

    I tried to restore a clone that was created
    about 2-3 weeks ago and get this message:

    The plugin encountered an error while extracting the zip file using WP’s zip file extractor,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : Incompatible Archive.

    Temporary files created in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/TheWebsiteLadies.com/wp-content/wpclone-temp

    I updated to the latest WP prior to trying the
    installation…could that be the problem?

    I’m sad… is this plugin no longer being
    supported?

    tried to restore another back up and got the
    same error message… incompatible archive
