Error Message: Freemius API

    We received following error message on our Dashboard.

    Oops… Your server is blocking the access to Freemius’ API, which is crucial for Material Design for Contact Form 7 synchronization. Please contact your host to whitelist api.freemius.com, wp.freemius.comError received from the server:array ( ‘code’ => ‘7’, ‘message’ => ‘ Failed to connect to api.freemius.com port 443: Connection timed out’, ‘type’ => ‘CurlException’, )

    We never had this until today. What do we need to do in order to get rid of this?

    Hi @eloq

    If the issue only just started occurring, it could be a temporary bit of downtime with the Freemius API.

    If it’s still occurring, you will need to contact your web host as per the error message.

    The issue disappeared without us having changed anything. Case closed!
