error message about header

I need help. I uploaded two themes. 1st was Seashore. then I uploaded the feedburner feedsmith plug-in and got an error message about the header (which does not make sense).

If you can help, please look at http://www.energizedsilks.com/blog – you should see the error message at the top of the blog header

I would be most grateful for advice on how to delete the error message.

I keep trying to upload a new theme (prime press) and I keep getting the error message.
