Something is really screwing up your links. It is not the comments, it is the structure of the link.
Example:
http://www.musictalksedu.net/mtec/http:/www.musictalksedu.net/mtec/pooch
That is not a normal URL. There should be no second http://
Check all your blog settings, etc.
You also have 2 blog links in the nav?
404 = File not found.
Your permalinks are broken. Try resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting. If that works, then try reading Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

Does anyone know what Error 404 means for blog comments? It seems that when I try to leave a test comment or view a comment I get that error message. Anyone willing to have a look, the url is musictalksedu.net/mtec
