We have re-enable the synchronization with sender, as some communication issues while connecting to your shop.
You can try synchronizing again from Sender application or from WordPress Sender plugin dashboard.

I also cannot get it to work when i try to install the plugin i get an error message, when i download the zip and installs it and go to settings there is nothing there.
Hi @pepperpoots , the initial issue reported by @joelmellin it was related with synchronization of the woo-commerce data with Sender application.
As understood your situation it is while trying to install the plugin you get an error message, could you provide the error message received and the URL of the shop affected, any extra data from error logs or screenshots would be helpful for solving your situation.
