Support » Plugin: Import Users from CSV » Error Log Doesn't Show Errors

  • This is my first time using this plugin, so it could be something in my CVS file that is causing issues. But I downloaded the “template” from the Users > Import From CSV page, updated it with 10 test users, and uploaded it. I get the “No user was successfully imported, please check the error log.” message. When I click on the error log link though, I just get a white page with zero info — so I can’t figure out what is from with my CSV file, blargh!

    YOu need to save the .csv as a Windows .csv

    Just had the sasme problem.
