error loading pdf

    Hello,
    i have issue with loading pdf tickets after purchase.
    It let’s download pdf ticket, but when i open it, it gives an error message “Failed to load PDF document”.
    I have discovered, it is connected to TranslatePress, when i deactivate plugin, it works perfectly.
    Unfortunately it is no answer from plugin’s forum and support.
    Can anyone help me please!

    Hi @avrec

    I see from your support thread (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-conflict-362/) you are using the Tickera ticketing theme. Have you tried contact their support?

    Alternatively, have you tried to use one of the default (Twenty*) themes with TranslatePress active, to see if the problem persists. It might be a conflict on the themes side.

    Hello,
    Tickera is only a plugin, i use woocommerce child plugin “LayerStore” and it uses woocommerce checkout. Tickera plugin works perfectly, pdf tickets are sent to buyers e-mail correctly and they open nicely, when downloaded from the mail. So conflict is rather between Woocommerce and TranslatePress. Wen i deactivate TranslatePress plugin, i can download ticket from checkout and it opens as it should. Main problem is error after downloading pdf stright from checkout after purchase. And unfortunately Tickera does not have it’s own checkout page.

    Hi @avrec, I understand.

    Your best option would be to try and get a response from the Translate press team via their support forum, as their plugin seems to be at the core of the problem.
