error link Bitly

    Hi @ilen,

    The error 500 appears because the link which you sent to bit.ly or authentication keys are incorrect. Maybe you put a space somewhere.

    Thanks for the reply, I asked a new ‘API Key’ from bitly and still not working, the plugin is definitely a problem with bitly api.

    Hi iLen,

    We tested with our bitly account and we found the problem.

    This error occurs because you use the “Fetch URL From Custom Field” and this (the URL) is not correct.
    ​
    This error disappears if you disable “Custom Field” or if you put the correct URL.

    Thanks, I solved the problem stay with that configuration.
