    I have a membership form that submits payments to PayPal. I have been receiving payments successfully. One user, however, is getting the error “Error! Invalid payment amount!” His “Total Due” amount is higher than most others, due to his form selections. But the amount looks correct and reasonable. I have updated everything, including Forminator, to the latest version but the user is still getting this error. How can I troubleshoot and solve this?

    Total Due is a calculated field. It has been working for several years. Here is the calculation:

    round((Annual Dues+Additional Fees+Additional Donation)*(Payment Processing Fee+1)*100)/100

    The “Additional Donation” field has a default value of 0. The user reported that when he made a non-zero donation, his payment went through. All other users have been able to submit payments with a zero donation.

    To investigate the mentioned issue, I imported the form to a test website, however, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end. The payment was processed without any errors, with the “Additional Donation” field set as 0.

    As the other users cannot replicate the issue, the issue appears more specific to the user or the device the user is using.

    Would it be possible to ask the user to provide a screen record of the issue so that we can better understand it?

    Also, please ask them to try this using a different web browser and device, and let us know if they still encounter the issue.

    We have had another user encounter the same problem. When I suggested that he change to donation from $0 to $1, the error did not occur. Is there a private email to where I can send screenshots?
