ERROR INSTALLING PLUGIN

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

The plugin is working fine on my test site.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted

It seems from the shared error message that it is raised because of low php memory.

Could you please try increasing php memory by referring the instructions provided on the following pages?

and in the “post_type=inc_popup&page=settings” (pop up settings) there is no option 2 register

I am not sure which registration option you are searching on the pop up settings page. There isn’t any registration option in the pop up settings page.

It seems you are using pro version of the WordPress PopUp plugin if it is so then please ask your question on the WPMU DEV Forum using this form http://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/#question as WordPress.org discourages support of commercial products here (see: Commercial products are not supported here).
