When you install or update plugins I think this was an error
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Hi there,
The error you are getting is because you are trying to upload compressed file format which is not ZIP. Extract the plugin if it is compressed in other format, then compress the plugin folder in ZIP format and try to upload it.Thanks
