Error in wp-includes/vars.php

    Hi,
    My installation is a little bit clunky and via my Debug Log (see below) I am receiving errors in the wp-include/vars.php file. Lots of errors but only from this file. Although I have no idea what this error is my question is: If I replace all the WordPress core files can I remedy this or is is something else altogether?

    This is a sample there are many more errors of the same type in the log.
