hi guys .i uploaded a file with MSI format and when upload finished coming error and say i cant upload this file.

You probably aren’t allowed to upload this filetype due to security measures taken by wordpress.

To get around this see http://howto.blbosti.com/2010/03/wordpress-modify-the-upload-list-of-allowed-file-types/

That file format is almost certainly forbidden by your hosts. Try asking them about it.
