Hi there @niyatihemani 👋🏽!
Could you share a screenshot of the error and/or a link to a page where I can try and inspect the form?
Could you also confirm your MailPoet, and WordPress versions?
Cheers!
Please try the form on nkhemani.com, towards the end marked with blog image. Latest versions of wordpress and mailpoet are installed.
Further, I set a blog post email but the same did not trigger at the designated time.
Hi again 👋🏽
Thanks for confirming! So I have tested it and I got indeed the error message: An error has happened while performing a request, please try again later.
As explained in this troubleshooting tutorial, it is likely that the subscription form is not working as expected because your website is using an older jQuery version.
We recommend using jQuery 3.6.0 and we only support 2.2.4+ or 1.12.4+, so you’ll need to update the jQuery version for your website in order to get it fixed. Alternatively, you can roll back to an older version of MailPoet 3 (not recommended).
I hope this helps!
Cheers
Hi,
Is there a possibility that there is an error in the configuration of the form? Further, one time the form had worked somehow with the id registered with mailpoet. How do i check the jquery version? I am told by my server provider that jquery does not work on shared server.
Also, please reply to my query that even when I have set the blog post email daily. However, I am not receiving the email of the blog updates.

Hi,
Now the form is not giving error message. But the confirmation email is not coming.Pl guide.
Please respond, why the subscription form is not working. The below are the errors:
a) Even if the email is accepted, the email confirming the subscription is not sent. Hence, in the plugin there are unconfirmed subscribers. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
Hi again @niyatihemani,
So if I am getting this right the form is now working but the confirmation emails are not being sent.
Can you see the subscribers as unconfirmed under MailPoet > Subscribers?
Are other emails being sent from your site? If not I suggest reviewing the Sending Does not Work troubleshooting guide.
Cheers
Hi there @niyatihemani,
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
