It appears that you are having a plugin conflict of some kind. I noticed the plugin on your screenshot Elementor is requiring you use PHP version 5.4+. For SBS to work properly Your WordPress needs to be a minum version 4.7,
PHP version should be a minimum version of 5.6, and make sure you are using the current version of SBS. @dreambuilders I’ve removed your
modlook
andsockpuppert
tags. There is nothing here for you to make that accusation. I get the
modlook
tag, as you are unhappy with this review but refrain from thesockpuppet
accusations.I mean no disrespect, and I was not sure whee to put this information, but this user has made two reviews in the entire history of his account. It appears to me that he was promoting another product “https://wordpress.org/support/topic/great-plugin-17362/” (which is a similar type of plugin to what we have created), while degrading our product. This is why I used the tag. If you would please take a look at the other review and compare the two reviews from the user I would appreciate it. It seems to me this is one of those 5 star / 1 star discredit the competition situations. If you don’t feel this way, I won’t address it any further.
We have worked very hard on our plugin and always welcome honest and real reviews. In this case it seems to me this was done to promote another product and deflate the competition
We have reviewed both reviews and found no indications of sockpuppetry or malice.
The user in question seems to have simply run into trouble with your plugin and found an alternative plugin which worked better for them.
Thank you for reviewing.
It’s obvious to us this is suspect, but if that’s your decision so be it.
It’s unfortunate that support-related iusses (when left as a review) aren’t automatically moved into the support forum.
The plugin is working great and we keep updated regularly!
