    Hi,
    in the footer of the URL provided above, there is a subscription form which we made with Forminator and which has Mailchimp integrated with double opt in process.
    Some times we get this error . This is second time, we are getting error. Because of this error, subscribers don’t get confirmation email and double opt in process fials. we need to put in their emails manually in the audience list. Last time it got solved automatically but again it started now. Please, solve this or suggest a solution.

    Hello @prash18 ,

    I’m sorry to hear this happens. Can you enable debug log in your WordPress and try again connect to MailChimp. When you see this error, please check the debug.log and look for akamai_503 text.
    Let me know if it’s there. If not, please send us debug.log (you can use https://pastebin.com/ for it).

    Hi,
    I dissconnected Mailchimp and tried connecting again now I got this error
    I checked ‘mc4wp-debug-log.php’ files which has no content / blank when opened in text editor.

    Solution please.

    Hi Prashant,

    Did you check debug.log file in wp-content folder and are there any errors there?

    Can you tell us on which server you are running your site and what is the PHP and WP version that you have?

    Hi,
    It again automatically started smoothly.

    dubug.log has errors and We are using Godaddy server (cpsrvd 11.78.0.27
    Database client version: libmysql – 5.1.73
    PHP extension: mysqliDocumentation curlDocumentation mbstringDocumentation
    PHP version: 7.2.7), WordPress version 5.2.2.

    Hi Prashant,

    I was able to check the log on your site and there are warnings and fatal errors coming from sprout-invoices and code-snippets plugins, can you try disabling those two and see if the connection is working after that?
