Error in links in pluggin

Hello! I have some errors in links in answers. For example here: http://www.pravoconsult.com.ua/question/chi-ye-porushennya-zakonu-pro-dekomunizatsiyu-pri-perejmenuvanni-vulitsi is the page of question with answer. There are 2 links in the answer of this question:
1) on the page of man, who answer on the question http://www.pravoconsult.com.ua/question/chi-ye-porushennya-zakonu-pro-dekomunizatsiyu-pri-perejmenuvanni-vulitsi/Sergei%20Kachechka
2) just link to other site http://www.pravoconsult.com.ua/www.reyestr.court.gov.ua/Review/56406412
All this links don`t work and it shows me Error 404.
What is happen? By the way, pluggin added not nesserry link of my site before my second link to other site. So, strange. Please, fix this problem.
