Error in Endoding or …. ?

    Hello.
    I have a weblog in Persian language. a few days ago I have updated it to Worldpress 2.2.2 , but now as you can see in: http://khour.ir/news the Persian fonts is not working and just those words from the Theme is showing well. Is it from MySql Database or new version of wordpress? How can I fix it?
    Please help me as soon as possible.
