Error in downloading products

    Hello
    My customers are unable to download product after purchase they got this message
    403 Permission Denied
    You do not have permission for this request
    Please let me know solution if anyone knows .

    In settings, which download method are you using? The directory is protected, so you’ll need ‘force download’ to access it.
    or you can use another method for download using the settings WooCommerce > Settings >Products > Downloadable Products.
